1.5μm Atmospheric Coherent Detection LiDAR
Atmospheric particle detection is of great significance in aerospace safety, environmental fields, meteorology, weather forecasting, and more. Based on the principle of Doppler frequency shift, Ensure Technology has launched integrated modules that greatly improve the overall cost performance of the optical components for customers.
Ensure Technology’s 350μJ atmospheric coherent detection LiDAR light source, based on MOPA structure design, integrates Ensure’s self-developed ultra-narrow linewidth laser with linewidth as narrow as the kHz level. The built-in AOM, combined with unique circuit design, effectively suppresses pulse signal deformation, optimizes multi-stage amplification optical path, effectively suppresses stimulated Brillouin scattering, and achieves high pulse energy output of 350μJ.
